BUSINESS STATEMENT

Smart Energy through the efforts of its Management staff, Engineers, Scientists and
other employees endeavor to provide profound support to the execution of solutions
that could enhance the implementation of the Kyoto agreements with regards to climate change.

To accomplish this broad objective, Smart Energy would concentrate on the following
developmental areas:

• Development of "new" sustainable energy sources with lower Carbon Dioxide percentage. Very much adaptable to the culture, human - as well as natural
  resources of a specific country.

• Consideration, utilization and development of indigenous Human resources to sustain
  development goals through transfer of technology.

• Quality approach in line and within the parameters of the ISO 14000 principles.
